Clémentine Marin

clémentine marinBorn in 1986, Clémentine Marin discovered theatre with Pascal Collin, her teacher at the Lycée Malherbe in Caen (highschool and post-secondary prep school), where she acted in two performances: Horváth’s Don Juan Comes Back From War (directed by P. Collin, 2003) and Strindberg’s Miss Julie (directed by M. Meiche, 2006). After a BA in Philosophy (Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne), she continued her theatrical journey: as she wrote her MFA thesis in Theatre studies (about «approaches to the theatrical premises through the construction of a performance space in the shows of La Nuit surprise par le jour and Théâtre du radeau», under the supervision of E. Wallon, in 2009 at the Nanterre University), she also trained as an actress at the Conservatory of the 12th arrondissement in Paris. She also committed to various theatrical and social projects, including a stay in Bucarest (Romania) in 2009/2010 with the ART fusion organization.

Having graduated in Theatre production (MA, Paris-III Sorbonne-Nouvelle), she worked with T&M-Paris as a production manager. She then collaborated with theatre groups such as Compagnie du Kairos – David Lescot, Compagnie Toujours après Minuit, Compagnie du Bredin and anima matrix. She is currently the administrator of La Chambre aux échos, and of Compagnie SONNETS (lead by Norah Krief and Fred Fresson) and La Nuit surprise par le Jour (artistic direction Yann-Joël Collin, Pascal Collin, Cyril Bothorel, Eric Louis).
